I would like to comment on the exceptional service I’ve received from you. Your handling of my misunderstanding with my payment and the forthcoming refund was handled so promptly by you and very much appreciated.

I’m thrilled with my new handbag/crossbody bag. Colour is just what I like - dark red, rather than scarlet. The choice of colours with Italian leather is just so much better than here in New Zealand.

The packaging of the handbag with its own fabric storage bag, all wrapped up in tissue paper in the box was over and above what one usually receives when placing online orders. Also appreciated your handwritten note, Tara.

I have the Lola bag. It's beautiful and I use it all the time as it holds everything I need but is still light on my shoulder - recommend to everyone.

This is my second Lola bag, I also have the teal. These bags are a great size, and made from lovely soft pebbled leather. I think the wider strap will work well with it too, making it ergonomic to carry for longer periods of time.
